beautycycle™ colour pressed powder can be applied in two different ways, after any beautycycle colour foundation or alone. Use a powder brush when applying for a sheer matte finish. For more coverage, use the pad applicator in the pressed powder compact.

After foundation:
For a polished finish with added coverage and longer wear, set foundation with a translucent powder or a shade that closely matches your foundation.

Alone:
After preparing your skin with the beautycycle skin care system that’s right for you, apply pressed powder directly onto skin to even out skin tone, reduce shine, and achieve a very light, natural look.

Tip 1: Pick the right pressed powder for your skin by considering the coverage and shade.
Coverage: beautycycle™ colour pressed powder offers sheer-to-medium coverage with a matte finish to give a polished look. A sheer application provides light-weight, see-through coverage. A medium application balances tone and texture with slightly more coverage.
Shade: To find your shade, apply powder to your jawline beneath your cheek. If it looks practically undetectable and blends seamlessly with your skin, this is your shade. If not, try applying one shade darker and one shade lighter until you find the perfect match.

Tip 2: Consider switching your pressed powder shade if your skin tone changes with the cycles of the seasons.

Tip 3: To keep applicators in ideal condition, wash them using a mild shampoo on a weekly basis

Tip 4: Damp conditions and humidity can make powders moist and cakey. It’s ideal to store your pressed powder in a dry location, someplace other than the bathroom.

Tip 5: When applying powder with a pad, press and roll over skin, don’t pat. This will give a more even, blended and seamless application.
